1. Semiconductor Trade Secret Integrity

LithoCore AI Inc. ("LithoCore AI", "we", "our") maintains strict air-gapped data isolation policies. All customer semiconductor layout data, including GDSII streams, OASIS hierarchies, mask recipes, and critical dimension parameters, remain the exclusive, inalienable property of the licensee.

LithoCore AI models running in customer VPCs or on-premise cleanroom clusters do not transmit, cache, or vectorize proprietary tapeout geometries to external servers.

2. Ingestion of Technical Telemetry

Telemetry collected through our cloud sandbox is limited to computational performance diagnostics (tensor memory footprint, numerical convergence iterations, FFT execution timing). Geometry-level polygon representations are never retained without explicit mutual authorization under formal Foundry NDA.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Standards

Our infrastructure adheres to SOC2 Type II compliance, ISO 27001 information security certification, and strict ITAR dual-use defense microelectronics controls.
